Mermaid Festival 2026

The 2026 Seward Mariners’ Memorial Dedication and Blessing of the Fleet will be held at the Memorial on Sunday, May 17th, at 1pm.  The Blessing of the Fleet will immediately follow the Dedication held at the Memorial on the South Harbor Uplands. This year there will be music from Seward’s own Silver Strings, as well as induction of new honorees to the Memorial.  
In addition, Seward Mariners’ Memorial will have a booth at the Mermaid Festival.  They will again have a raffle with a treasure chest of bounty for lucky winners.  It is a way to help support the Memorial.  Please come by the booth for information and tickets!
